高温で焼き、黒くなった部分を所々に残しながら一本一本丁寧に磨きをかけることで、鈍い光を放つ古びた雰囲気に仕上がっています。ステンレス製なので、経年変化の黒ずみも少なくお手入れも手軽です。

These cutlery pieces, crafted by Kanazawa-based metal artist Yuichi Takemata, have a dignified and refined presence. Their smooth, flowing curves evoke the elegant impression of French antique cutlery. The size is well suited for enjoying main dishes, and the knife is capable of cutting through substantial pieces of meat such as steak.
Each piece is fired at a high temperature, then carefully polished one by one while leaving traces of natural blackened areas, resulting in a softly muted glow and an aged, timeworn character. Made of stainless steel, the cutlery is resistant to darkening over time and is easy to care for in everyday use.
